Would-Be Assassin Misses Trump, Hits Press Credibility in Center Mass

Published

on

What was your very first thought when you heard Trump survived an assassination attempt? Was it “It must have been a Leftist, because he missed”? Me, too!

And sure enough, when the information began to trickle out in the wake of this watershed event, we learned that the shooter donated to Biden and wore a COVID mask for years after mask mandates ended. (The fact that he’d registered Republican was almost certainly to use his vote to weight the Republican primaries against Trump, a common Democrat tactic.) As per our policy with mass shooters, I will only refer to the would-be assassin by a schoolyard insult: Turdlips. (Pronouns: Was/Were.)

Turdlips–currently assuming room temperature, to match his IQ–was 20 years old. That means that since he was 12 or so, he’d been hearing and reading that Donald J. Trump is worse than Hitler. Where had he been reading it? In the mainstream press, at school, and on his social-media feeds. How could it be otherwise? The Biden administration has been caught censoring “right-wing” viewpoints on social media. His schools–when they deigned to open their doors–taught him to hate America almost as much as he hated people who love our country.

But as far as the press goes, nobody ever had to order them to target Donald Trump or to cover up Biden’s senility. They did that all on their own hook, and they did it with glee. For months now, we’ve all had to listen to the media uncritically spewing Biden’s line that a Trump presidency would spell the end of democracy. That Trump intends to round up gay people and put them in camps. Babies in cages, cried the press, and women dressed in handmaid’s outfits. We can go ahead and assume that Turdlips believed what he was reading.

It is this fact, more than any other, that has the press in full meltdown right now. Just a few days ago, it was revealed that the press has been colluding with the Biden administration to hide his mental decline. Trouble is, the tactic worked so well that Democrat voters were denied the chance to make an informed decision about who their nominee would be. Now, the party is stuck with Biden–he won’t step down, and he holds all the delegates and campaign cash.

So, in the press’ desperate efforts to hurt Trump, they achieved the opposite of the desired effect. It’s like a Greek tragedy, with Biden and Maddow as Oedipus and Jocasta. That knowledge must sting like a brooch to the eye.

So when Turdlips’ bullet missed Trump, the press’ panic ramped up. That’s because, under normal circumstances, their playbook says they have to mock the victim, if the victim was a Second Amendment supporter. The playbook also says they have to blame “lax gun laws.” Trouble is, their playbook doesn’t cover what they should do if the shooting incident in question transforms the “victim” into a hero.

Oh, that iconic image of Trump, bloodied and unbowed, fist raised high against a backdrop of blue sky and the flag. Have you wondered why the anti-Trump press is running that picture, even though it shows Trump as a man whose reflexes are 100% intact, and who is 100% in command of himself and the moment?

Trump’s perspicacity was matched only by that of the crowd he was addressing. The rally attendees spotted Turdlips long before the Secret Service did. They also correctly identified who helped radicalize Turdlips. (As an aside, the article linked in the previous sentence is a truly remarkable look into the twisted mind of an anti-gun, anti-Trump journalist.) As Trump was hustled away, the crowd turned to the press box and began shouting, “This is your fault!” And when they fingered the press as responsible, they really “fingered” them.

This brings me to some News You Can Use. Did you know that if you flip The Rigid Digit at the press, they won’t be able to run the picture they take? Oh, of course they can blur out a few Birds, but not a whole flock. So when the press tried to get pictures of the crowd, they instead got images that were both too obscene and too truthful for them to publish. So they were forced to run that Iwo Jima-like photo of Hero Trump instead. Isn’t that fun?

Those images and video of the Trump rally crowd blaming the press for what happened are the reason that the networks haven’t started blaming the Second Amendment yet. The mainstream media is on the defensive right now, but that won’t last. The propagandists who run the Big Networks and own Big Tech just took two massive hits to their center mass in two weeks, and they’re not capable of learning from their mistakes. They will double down and go back on the attack as soon as possible.

Why? It’s not just because they’re bought and paid for. It’s not just because they’re thoroughly befuddled as to the angle their masters want them to take. It’s also because, as individuals and collectively, the mainstream anti-gun press is absolutely terrified of being treated the way they treat us.

“Press” missed a golden opportunity. Was the shooter wearing “assault type” socks ? Shoes ? Trousers ? No mention of 2A or NRA. . . .

    Good read!
I knew I wasn’t the only one to pick out that flock of birds being given to the pressbox. And, logic dictates…
If Trump supporters were as dangerous as the media, and fbi,and so on,and so forth, make us out to be….
There would be NO anti Trumpers left to cry about it!!?!
