Shot Show 2018 – Preview of the HK433 Military Rifle Prototype
Last updated: June 7, 2026 · Originally published February 3, 2018
We spent some time at the HK Booth last week at Shot Show. Bob from Heckler & Koch was nice enough to preview this HK433 prototype gun that will be submitted this year for an upcoming German military contract. This is a hybrid between HK’s G36 and HK416 rifles.
Also, if you’re a Law Enforcement Officer, HK is having a Special Offer called the Individual Officer Program. If you purchase any new HK firearm you will receive a $150 promo code to their new HK Webshop.
A real gun safe took it: 58% of you who voted, with 25% using a locked cabinet or box.
