KASH MONEY! New FBI Head Knows Who the Criminals Are (& It’s Not Us)

Kash Patel is not even a little bit interested in stepping on the snek.
It’s official: The days of targeting law-abiding gun owners are over.
Yesterday, gun owners all over America were given the best kind of gift … Kash. Mr. Patel faced a particularly rocky road to Senate confirmation for his seat as head of the FBI, and some of that opposition was driven by the sorts of people who shoot guns like this. Even more of that opposition was driven by people who have already been pardoned by Joe Biden for doing the sorts of things that require pardons. But the anti-gun Left’s screeching and foot-dragging only delayed Patel’s confirmation, and as of today, he is in charge of the FBI.
Prediction time: As Patel settles in and news starts coming out about what he’s found in the FBI archives, we’re going to get confirmation about things we’ve suspected for a long time. We also predict that we’re going to learn about outrages that we didn’t credit because we simply weren’t cynical enough. (Every “conspiracy theory” we’ve seen recently has turned out to be a “conspiracy fact,” no?)
Whatever We the People wind up learning about how our government was weaponized against all of us in the previous four years, today we have reason to celebrate. The Gun Owners of America (GOA) released the following statement, and we imagine that every other gun-rights group will be joining their enthusiastic chorus of celebration in the next few hours and days.

The U.S. Senate confirmed Kash Patel as the next Director of the FBI, marking a major victory for gun owners and constitutional rights advocates nationwide. Gun Owners of America (GOA) has proudly supported Patel throughout the confirmation process—despite relentless attacks from Senate Democrats who took issue with his unwavering commitment to the Second Amendment.
A featured speaker at GOA’s inaugural GOALS conference in Knoxville this past August, Patel has consistently demonstrated his dedication to protecting gun rights and defending the Constitution against government overreach.
GOA remains committed to working with Director Patel and holding the FBI accountable to protect gun owners’ rights and end the agency’s history of unconstitutional overreach.
Tim Macy, Chairman of GOA, praised Patel’s confirmation: “Kash Patel’s confirmation is a massive win for gun owners across America. Unlike his predecessors, he understands that the FBI must serve the American people—not act as a political weapon against them. We look forward to seeing Director Patel restore integrity to the Bureau while standing firm in defense of our Second Amendment rights.”
Erich Pratt, Senior Vice President of GOA, added: “For years, we’ve watched the FBI trample on the rights of law-abiding gun owners who the Biden Administration designated as ‘Militia Violent Extremists’ for their belief in the Bill of Rights and use of patriotic imagery like the Gadsden Flag. Kash Patel has made it clear that those days are over. He is a true constitutionalist, and we are confident that he will work to rein in the agency’s abuses and ensure the FBI upholds, rather than undermines, the Second Amendment.”
